"fluctuate" describes vertical change (up and down) of wealth or fame better than sway which has more to do with horizontal change (left to right).
"robbed" usually means that someone stole someone. It is more criminal, like a burglar. "lost" does not refer to stealing and can be used more generally.
But knowledge, once into head the mind, can't be robbed , and it becomes a lifetimelong treasure.
In English we tend to differentiate between the physical "head" and the abstract "mind".
I added a comma before "and" in order to clearly create a compound sentence.
"lifelong" helps to better convey the meaning "throughout a lifetime" or "across one's life"
