Black/White pudding.
Maybe is wired food or maybe isn’t wired at all!
Even I was lived in UK for more than 6 years but I never tired once.
All I know this food is made out of beef blood.
Because the black color looking, not really makes me want to eat.
I was so wrong and know so little about this food.
It is made from pork blood, with pork fat or beef suet, and a cereal, usually oatmeal, oat groats or barley groats.
Both pork & beef together, and they offer white pudding too.
We (Asian) have similar food but only made out of pure pork, duck blood.
