A Pan

Yesterday evening, my pan gave out because I forgot to stop to shut off the heat. The pan was burned and oil stuck on it, and the kitchen was filled with smoke when I realized. It took time to ventilate until the smoke vanished. It could have been worse, but luckily, it wasn't on fire.
