As we all know, exericise during the daytime can improve sleep quality in the night. From my experience, cardio is more effective than resistance training when it comes to benefiting sleep. And whatever the kind of exercise one takes, being outdoors is always better than staying indoors. That's the reason I take a hour-long walk outside, for the sake of getting a good night's sleep, since poor sleep quality has troubled me for a long time.
