I've just read about a guy who said that he had a sort of problem that consists of a hard understanding when it comes to listening, which means that the guy didn't get the things that another person say, due to that, he realized that the written and read things were way better.
Honestly, I not only felt bad for the guy, but I also got scared of it. I don't know why, but I think I may have the same problem or something like that.
At night, I use to listen to podcasts, I do understand what the person says, well... I'm like always translating to my native language, I know what word is the person saying, but after, like, 3 or 4 seconds, I forget the whole conversation, and I know that if I don't fix this soon, I'll have troubles in the future.
Better written than spoken.

"Like" is really informal – never used in written English (and ideally not much in spoken English, either!).

Maybe you can look for transcripts or listening practice on YouTube? Or the kind of exercises where you listen to audio and have to fill in gaps in a transcript.
