Being bad at time management

Not having a room in mind or extra time to chill out by myself in day-to-day life, then my productivity and mental health easily go down pretty quickly.
I don't think I can focus on learning and practicing English recently😔

When I don't have enough time, I buy things I don't need, get unnecessarily frustrated, and feel like everything is going wrong.
I sometimes hate this world ruled by time.

BeHaving bad at time management

"Being bad at time management" doesn't sound right to me. We would more typically use "have" or "with" since we think of "time management" as a skill that one either possesses or they do not.

"Do you know mikaduki?"
"Oh yeah, he/she has bad time management" or "Oh yeah, his/her time management is awful!"

"We are seeking a full time employee with effective time management skills to own the project timeline"

"My greatest weakness is that I have terrible time management"

"I wish I had better time management.. then maybe I wouldn't be up all night rushing to complete my coursework at the last minute"

Not having a room in mind or extra time to chill out by myself in day-to-day lifeIf I don't have time for myself, then my productivity and mental health easily goes downhill pretty quickly.

What do you mean by "not having a room in mind"? I removed this since I didn't understand the meaning.

--------

In English, we use the phrase "time to myself". We can simply say "I need time to myself" as a way to express needing to be alone.

Alternatively, you can say:
"If I don't make time for myself during the week, then ...."

I don't think I canhave not been able to focus on learning and practicing English recently😔 ¶

When I don't have enough time
to myself, I buy things I don't need, get unnecessarily frustrated, and feel like everything is going wrong.

I sometimes hate this world ruled by time.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this.

Maybe:
"I sometimes hate how everything runs to a schedule"?

Good job! It is important to take a breather during busy weeks to recharge. There are so many demands in modern life and it can be hard to switch off.
