Many more plus some gain company will start this “rule” too.
I remember when I was kid, we usually working 6 days a week.
After I become a working class, most of the jobs are working 5 and half days.
The labor law did mention we should work how many hours per week.
But that is just a definition between a permanent or part time worker.
Japan is also famous “Ka-Ro-Shi”.
Working less days didn’t mean less stress.
