A garbage truck comes around twice a week in my city. We are supposed to take out our garbage in a transparent or a semitransparent plastic bag in front of each house on those days. Most of us cover a net on the bag in order to prevent crows from tearing bags to eat the contents and scatter them.
The net had worked for many years, but one day, the bag was torn, and the leftover was strewed around. Crows seemed to be smart enough to remove the net. Then I sprayed pesticide over the net the next time to keep them away, and that worked for a while. However, they began to attack the “prey” and make a mess around.
I googled this matter and found out various garbage containers for crows. However, I didn’t want to spend money for those bad birds
このことを検索すると、いろんなカラス用のゴミ容器があるのがわかった。しかし、悪い奴らのために、お金を使いたくなかった。
The truck comes around 7:00 AM, and I decided to take out the garbage around 6:50, hoping that crows won’t have enough time to do their “task” in about 10 minutes. That has been effective for about several weeks so far, but I suspect that they will do harm again in the 10 minutes because they are said to be intelligent. Let’s see how long this will work. It’s a battle of wits between crows and me.

After reading your entry, I think a better title is "My Battle Against the Crows"
AThe garbage truck comes around twice a week in my city.
Yours is technically correct! But "The garbage truck" is more common to say :)

The net had worked for many years, but. That is until one day, the bag was torn, and the leftovers wasere found strewedn arboundt.
CThe crows seemed to bhave become smart enough to remove the net.

However, they eventually began to attack their “prey” and make a mess aroundgain, resulting in a mess everywhere.
Personally, instead of "prey," I think "target" is a better word choice as "prey" suggests the target is alive. But I think that might be an intentional choice on your part?

The truck comes around 7:00 AM, and I decidedso my current strategy is to take out the garbage around 6:50, hoping that the crows won’t have enough time to do their “task” in abouwork on the garbage bag in that 10 minutes window.
I think "bad" is an awkward choice for an adult to describe birds. A better word could be "mean," "annoying," "thieving," "scavenging," or even "wretched" (though "wretched" is more dramatic lol)
Thatis has been effective for about several weeks so far, but I suspect that they will do harm again in the 10 minutes because they crows will eventually figure out how to ravage a bag within a 10 minute window/time frame. Crows are said to be intelligent.
Let’s see how long this will work.
It’s a battle of wits between the crows and me.
I think technically it should be "the crows and I" but in spoken English, only teachers care lol.

This was a very entertaining read! I am invested in who will triumph in the saga of the garbage bag vs the crows. Your English is great.
A general tip--some of your sentences appear to get quite lengthy and you risk having run-on sentences. It is sometimes difficult to fit all the information you want to fit into one sentence. Don't be afraid to break them up!
In Canada, the garbage bags go into a garbage can with a heavy lid. I've never seen crows get into the garbage, but I have seen raccoons knock the garbage cans over and scavenge through the leftovers... Gross.
