CThe crows seemed to bhave become smart enough to remove the net.

Then I sprayed pesticide over the net the next time to keep them away, and that worked for a while.

However, they eventually began to attack their “prey” and make a mess aroundgain, resulting in a mess everywhere.

Personally, instead of "prey," I think "target" is a better word choice as "prey" suggests the target is alive. But I think that might be an intentional choice on your part?

I think "bad" is an awkward choice for an adult to describe birds. A better word could be "mean," "annoying," "thieving," "scavenging," or even "wretched" (though "wretched" is more dramatic lol)

It’s a battle of wits between the crows and me.
