What a terrible thing! It was very cold yesterday. I still decided to take a bath. I planned to enjoy the happiness brought by the bath. When I enjoyed myself, the hot water has used up. I felt like I'm freezing to death. At that time, there was only one idea in my mind which was to get dressed and leave. It was terrible!

You can say this, however your Chinese says 昨天非常冷我还是决定要洗澡. I think that it would be better to say:
However, I still decided to take a bath.
I planned to enjoy the happiness brought upon by the bath.
When I enjoyed myself,Right when I got into the bath, I noticed the hot water hwas used up.
It felt like I'm was freezing to death.
At that time, there was only one idea in my mind which was to get dressed and leave.
It was terrible!
