Basketball
Despite of soccer being the most popular sport in my country, I finally picked the Basketball as my prefered sport. Part of the reason is emotional, a couple of negative experiences from childhood (due my clumsiness when playing soccer) makes me get away from sports. In fact, before my 17 I entirely spended my free time in videogames and social media.
At the mentionated age, my family moved to another city and this new environment allowed me to discover my current favorite sport by casualty.
Currently, I spend a lot of my time doing sports and any of physical activities (soccer also included). I just realized that, among the discovery of this healthy sport, they also came to my life a serie of other healthy habits because being in fitness provides me advantage in the basketball matchs.
A pesar de que el fútbol es el deporte más popular en mi país, finalmente elegí el baloncesto como mi deporte favorito. Parte de la razón es emocional: un par de experiencias negativas de mi infancia (debido a mi torpeza al jugar al fútbol) me alejaron de los deportes. De hecho, antes de cumplir los 17 años, dedicaba todo mi tiempo libre a los videojuegos y las redes sociales.
A esa edad, mi familia se mudó a otra ciudad y este nuevo entorno me permitió descubrir por casualidad mi deporte favorito actual.
Actualmente, dedico gran parte de mi tiempo a practicar deportes y cualquier actividad física (incluido el fútbol). Me acabo de dar cuenta de que, además de descubrir este deporte tan saludable, también han llegado a mi vida otros hábitos saludables, ya que estar en forma me da ventaja en los partidos de baloncesto.
