Baking bread

I haven't bought breadstuff from shop or bakery for half a year. I started bake bread by myself. For my husband I bake bread from wholemeal wheat flour. For myself I bake bread from buckwheat and potato flour. They are yeast breads so they aren't the best. The best bread is sourdough bread. It's healthier for us because sourdough make the bread easier to digest. I've tried once bake this kind of bread. It wasn't well-risen but anyway was delicious. Probably my sourdough wasn't enough good. Two weeks ago I started make a new sourdough from different flour. Today I'm trying to bake another bread. This one will be from rye flour. I'm afraid that my sourdough it's still not very good. I think it's because it's too cold for it in the house. In the summer baking is much more easier.

Thank you :)

I haven't bought breadstuff from the shop or bakery for half a year.

I started to bake bread by myself.

After the verb "started" the next will be used in the infinitive "to bake". You did this well in the sentence: "Today I'm trying to bake another bread."

It's healthier for us because sourdough makes the bread easier to digest.

I've tried once to bake this kind of bread.

Same as before, after "tried" it becomes "to bake".

It wasn't well-risen but anyway was delicious anyway.

Word order

Probably my sourdough wasn't good enough good.

Word order

Two weeks ago I started to make a new sourdough from different flour.

Same as before, after "started" it becomes "to make".

Today I'm trying to bake another bread.

I'm afraid that my sourdough it's still not very good.

In the summer baking is much more easier.

Words like "easier" are called superlative adjectives. Technically "more easy" could be correct (though this is uncommon and doesn't sound as natural). It's best to just say "easier". You cannot use "more" with superlative adjectives.

Feedback

There are two ways you can deal with the second verb in a sentence.
For example: "Two weeks ago I started TO MAKE a new sourdough from different flour."
However, you could also use a gerund: "Two weeks ago I started MAKING a new sourdough from different flour."
Good luck with your bread!
