Bad habit

My mother loves to go shopping. Since she buys and buys without any prospects, she make the house fulled with odds and ends. What is worse is that she is always buying cheap things. My father complains, “Don’t be penny-wise and pound-foolish.”, but she turns a deaf ear to him and say “Maybe, you’re the one I get as those things.”

Corrections

Since she buys and buys without any prospects, she makethinking, she fills up the house fulled with odds and ends.

What i's worse is that she i's always buying cheap things.

If you use contractions, it sounds more natural. What is -> What's

My father complainsed, “Don’t be penny-wise and pound-foolish.”, but she turnsed a deaf ear to him and sayid “Maybe, you’rI made the one I get as those thingsmistake with you.”

The verbs should be in past tense since it's a one time action in the past. (It's not a habit.)

Feedback

This is a fun story and I really enjoyed it.

Not sure what you're trying to say in the last sentence but if she is blaming the father then he is the reason why
