Back Pain
I have had mild back pain since last week
When I took a certain pose, it was very painful.
So I went to a doctor and took a X-ray picture.
He said my back bone is not good because of bad posture.
He recommended to get physical therapies regularly.
As the doctor's advice, I have tried to do actions of physical therapies.
Moreover I try to learn how to get right postures on YouTube and follow to do them.
It is less painful than last week.
I hope my pain will be cured soon

"I took an X-ray picture" - this sounds like you were the one operating the camera, standing behind the machine, taking an X-ray of someone else. The English term for this is "I had an X-ray taken/done" or just "I had an X-ray".

But a doctor would probably say "spine".
He recommended toI get physical therapiesy regularly.
"therapy" is sort of uncountable in this sense. "physical therapies" sounds like a range of different types of therapy - "I have to undergo many different physical therapies each week - massage, stretching, exercise and yoga."
As the doctor's advicesed, I have tried to do actions of physical therapithe therapy exercises.
You could say "As it was the doctor's advice" or "As per the doctor's advice", but they're a bit awkward. "As the doctor's advice" sounds quite wrong to me. And "do the therapy exercises" is just a more natural rephrasing.
Moreover, I try to learn how to get the right postures on YouTube and follow the instructions to do them.
Not clear what you're following. "I'm trying" or "I've been trying" would be a little more natural.
It is less painful than last week.
