Nicely written - only slight grammar changes. Have you tried talking to yourself? It sounds like you need more practice converting your thoughts into spoken word without relying on writing. Talking to yourself lets you control the pace and practice with no pressure. If you want to see if you made mistakes while speaking, you can use a transcription app to write what you say so you can review it after.
