Recently I have read a book called Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.
He is a famous emperor of Rome and he is known as Emperor of Philosophy
I quote, "Choose not to be harmed and you won't feel harmed. Don't feel harmed and you haven't been."
This is about changing my perception and it can make me happier.
I totally agree with the sentence that harm is also a nature thing which I can't control.
Since the weather is too hot, I don't need to angry.
If I choose an anger, it is meaningless and just hurts my mind.
Anyway, rest of other sentences are also great for me.
I will read this book again and again.
