Today, I went to UBC.
I really want to here, but my mother want to go to University in Malaysia.
High school’s GPA is so good.
It’s 4.15 so I will tell my mother, and I want to change her mind.

Today, I went to UBC.

I really want to study there, but my mother wants me to go to Ua university in Malaysia.

(1) If you're writing this in UBC (which I assume you're not), you would use "here". Otherwise, you would use "there".
(2) "My mother" is singular, so you should use "wants" and not "want".
(3) マレーシアの大学: a university in Malaysia. マラヤ大学: University of Malaya. It's not clear which one you meant, so I've provided both.

HMy GPA in high school’s GPA is so good.

(1) You should specify whose GPA you're referring to.
(2) I think "GPA in high school" might sound more natural than "high school's GPA".

It’s 4.15, so I will tell my mother, and I wanttry to change her mind.

I rephrased the sentence a little so that it sounds more natural.
