My son started unpacking his luggage from the overnight field trip. I was surprised how quickly he did that because I always had to tell him to unpack his bags again and again after every trip we had. Does this phenomenon mean that he has grown? Or just a transient mood for that? I was not sure. However I just felt that I loved my son all the more, who was somewhat different today.
I was surprised at how quickly he did that because I always had to tell him to unpack his bags again and again after every trip we had together.
However I just felt that I loved my son all the more, who was somewhat different today.
I was surprised how quickly he did that because I alwaysusually hadve to tell him to unpack his bags again andover and over again after every trip we've had.
Does this phenomenon mean that he has grown?
I think phenomenon is usually used for nature/science (ex: natural phenomena
Or just a transientwas he just in the mood for that?
HoweverWhatever it was, I just felt that I loved my son all the more, who was somewhat different today.

The title stands alone, it doesn't read well to have it flow into the first sentence, so better to repeat it here

Found the use of phenomenon here a bit too formal and quite frankly verbose
