As a 55 old man, I do that…
Today when I go to my favor fast food chain to order my favor breakfast.
It is a bowl of porridge plus a bowl of dry noodles and a cup of coffee.
When I send the picture to my friends they think I am having a dinner.
Breakfast is the most important meal of day!
Without waste any food on the table I will eat it all.
For that kind of volume when I was younger it means nothing.
But now I did feel is a little more to take it.
So, today I just eat the porridge and save the noodle for lunch.
