I definitely prefer sweet food over spicy food. I would like to eat sweet food very much when I am exhausted. Especially, a combination of cheese cake and hot tea is the best. Do you know some sweets which can match for an espresso?

"would" is more hypothetical, as if the situation has never occurred yet. It's better to just use a plain "like" when talking about something habitual

I like sweet food more in general, but stuff can also be too sweet. I tried the local Japanese restaurant here once, but a lot of the restaurant's food tends to be too sweet for me.

crave: feel a powerful desire for (something). "Crave" perfectly encapsulates what you were going for here.
EspecialParticularly, a combination of cheese cake and hot tea is the best.
(1) "Especially" doesn't sound very natural to me here, because "the best" already implies extremity. You can consider "particularly" instead.
(2) "Cheesecake" is one word.
