I'm not sure whether I am a positive or not, I would like to be a positive thinker for my health. Being negative will lead to good sometimes, but I think it's very tired. I think that dwelling on the past isn't good way at least.

Good job! I consider myself more of an 'optimist' or positive thinker. I do have times where I can be a bit pessimistic or what I'd consider more 'realist'/'pragmatic', but usually even if there's something challenging to overcome, I try to keep my head high in hopes that something good will happen.
