Corrections

Are these sentences correct? Simple Present

Do your children study well at school?

What about doesn't she talk about?

Probably? Slightly strange thing to say.

Who speaks to his friends twice a week to?

Not sure about this one either.

Who gdoes he go to work with?

How many times does his friend speak to him?

No error here, but "how often" would be a little more natural. I would expect "how many times" if you'd given an explicitly defined duration: "How many times has his friend spoken to him this week?"

(twice a week)

Who gdoes Tom always go out with?

What kind of girls gdoes Tom always go out with?

You've had some difficulties with word order here :)
