Are there any challenges you want to have a go at one day?
One day I would like to hold my art gallery. Even though I don't have much confidence whether my painting can be sold or not, I want to show my painting for many people. So I have to paint more.

One day I would like to hold myave my own art gallery.
You could also say ‘host my own art show’. It depends on your intention.
Have your own art gallery = owning an art gallery, where you would show your own art work and others (or just your own artwork).
Host your own art show = you would like to show off your art in an art show. This means that you don’t own the gallery but you are responsible for overseeing and managing the various aspects of an event, in this case showcasing (showing off) your art.
Even though I don't have mucha lot of confidence in whether my paintings can be sold or not, I want to show my painting for manys to a lot of people.
I’m assuming that you have multiple paintings you wish to show, so I made the word plural. Whilst ‘many people’ works, I think it’s more natural to say ‘a lot of people’ in this context.
So I have to paint more.
