Are shanghai People Arrogant? (5)

In China, it's always somewhat a difficult or proud thing for some people to study or work abroad. But that's not the case in Shanghai. I saw many colleagues in the supermarket who had some working or studying experience in Japan, America, and the UK. They worked as supervisors, assistants, or salespersons. METRO is a common labor-intensive company without high technology, it's a supermarket.
I must admit that the people in Shanghai have a higher or wider vision than people from other cities. That's why so many people from Shanghai went to other places to be leaders in various fields. My sister's father-in-law is an example (He is from Shanghai, and works as a director in a big factory in Changing).
If we feel or sense they are arrogant, that is because we are not knowledgeable enough, we need to learn and know more. If we are powerful or knowledgeable enough, no one would be arrogant in our eyes.

In most parts of China, it's always a somewhat a difficult or proud thing for some peoplea person to study or work abroad.

Shanghai is part of China, so you can’t say something is always true in China if it’s not true in Shanghai.

But that's not the case in Shanghai.

I saw many colleagues in the supermarket who had some working or studying experience in Japan, America, andor the UK.

They worked as supervisors, assistants, or salespersons.

METRO is a common labor-intensive company without highadvanced technology, it's a supermarket.

I must admit that the people in Shanghai have a higher or wider vision than people from other cities.

That's why so many people from Shanghai wenthave gone to other places to be leaders in various fields.

My sister's father-in-law is an example (Hhe is from Shanghai, and works as a director in a big factory in Chaongqing).

If we feel or sense they are arrogant, that is because we are not knowledgeable enough, we need to learn and know more.

If we are powerful or knowledgeable enough, no one would be arrogant in our eyes.

Are the last two sentences meant to express the point of view of people from Shanghai, or do they express your own opinion?
