Apprendre une langue étrangère
Quand j'etaits petite j'ai voyage à Ukraine. J'etaits trés frustèe quand les autres enfants n'parlez pas avec moi. J'ai veux parlez avec toute le monde et je n'ai pouvais pas. J'ai etudiè et puis j'ai trouvez j'ai pouvais parlez Russe. J'aime apprendre les langues maitenant! J'ai mes ami du Quebec et je veux parlez avec eux en francais.

When I was young I traveled to Ukraine. I was frustrated when the other children wouldn't talk to me. I wanted to speak with everyone and I couldn't. I studied and then I found that I could speak Russian. I love learning languages now! I have friends from Quebec and I want to speak with them in French.

"n'" only occurs when the following letter is a vowel
ils => parlaiENT
me = to me (neutral indirect object pronoun)
"avec moi" would be "with me"
J'ai veuxe voulais parlezr avec toute le monde et je n'aie pouvais pas.
Background process = imparfait => voulAIS
vouloir FAIRE (infinitive) quelque chose => je voulais parlER
"avoir" in compound tenses only works with past participles (to build the passé composé for instance), so it's incompatible with another conjugated form like "pouvais"
J'ai eétudièé et puis j'ai trouvezun jour, j'ai pouvaisu parlez Rr russe.
"j'ai trouvé que" sounds really awkward, as if you woke up one day and suddenly realized you could speak Russian

Welcome to LC! I would recommend learning more about basic conjugations (persons, endings, tense morphology, participles and so on) because it seems to be a big problem and it's an absolute must-know in French.
