Applying to the internship

Hi everyone,
I hope all of you in a good health.

There is 2 weeks before I start my internship and until now there is no place that accepts me, I don't know why ! My GPA is so good and I have some certifications and our senior project was one of the best projects in the university. I do not know how to deal with this situation. Even if I am trying to apply to some companies their requirements incapacitating for fresh graduated students.

Corrections

Hi everyone, ¶
I hope
all of youyou all are in a good health.

a verb is missing
No one says "in a good health" in good health is more suitable

There isare 2 weeks left before I start my internship and until now there is no place thats acceptsed me, I don't know why !

weeks is plural so "are", adding left makes it make more sense, showing that there remain only 2 weeks.
Using present perfect "has accepted" is the right form. Present perfect shows actions that have not ended in the present, and the adverb "until now" belong to this tense.

Even if I am tryingtried to apply to some companies their requirements would be incapacitating for fresh graduated students.

Conditional sentences follow a certain structure. In this case, you have a type 2 conditional that talks about an imaginary situation/assumption of what could happen: if + past simple (tried) + would + infinitive

Feedback

Overall, you have done a good job. Try to pay attention to the verbs and sentence structures. Most people overcome these problems by increasing their exposure to the language (listening, movies, reading) and then the whole sentence just comes naturally. You have got this! Also good luck with your internship application!

There isare 2 weeks left before I start my internship and until now there is no place thats acceptsed me, I don't know why !

So when sentence contains "until now" it is considered as Present perfect, right?

My GPA is so good and I have some certifications and o. Our senior project was one of the best projects in the university.

Avoid using the word "and" as a conjunction more than once per sentence.

I do non't know how to deal with this situation.

Even if I am trying to apply to some companies, their requirements incapacitatingare too strict for freshly graduated students.

Incapacitating doesn't sound quite right here

What can we use instead of " and"? I know if it is formal we can use ( In addition,Furthermore,....) but if it is informal?

The best way would be to use punctuation like a period or a comma to avoid a repetitive, run-on sentence:
"My GPA is good, I have some certifications and our senior project was one of the best in the university."

You could also use transition words like you mentioned after the period:
"My GPA is good and I have some certifications. Additionally, our senior project was..."
