Another day with hopehopeful day

Today I woke up early, and immediately I had a thought about of a wonderful day.

If the "wonderful day" is a prediction, then I'd recommend you say "I had a thought that today would be a wonderful day." Or from your title, you could also say "I had hope that today would be a wonderful day."

I arrived to my office around 8am and immediately I had to check my email and answer some letterand respond to my emails.

I'm assuming that letters are the emails that you checked here!

After, I had to dotake some tests and this onese had a positive results.

I'm assuming there was more than one test because of the line that you wrote after this one. ^^

I felt a little bit nervous for my tests, however thisese ones were satisfactory.

You can say “this one had a positive result” if the test had been specified but since you are talking in general “one of them” makes more sense.
