The interwies was sucessfuly i mean the first round follows the second and so on.
The decision maker on company offered a trial day.
They had choosen from 4 people.
I tried to my best but i wasnt choosed.
I tried to understand why but there was no explanation.

A few a month is ago, I applied for a job.

The interwviesw was successfuly

"successfully" is an adverb, which is for modifying a verb, like "I successfully did an interview". "successful" is the adjective form, which you can use for nouns like "interview".

iI mean the firstsecond round followsing the secondfirst and so on.

"X follows Y" -> X is after Y, so had to swap things around.

The decision maker onin the company offered a trial day.

They had to choosen from 4 people.

I tried to my best but iI wasn't choosed.n

I tried to understand why but there was noy didn't give an explanation.

The explanation doesn't just exist in the void, so it's more natural to talk about "not finding an explanation" or "not being given an explanation"
