I got a phone call from an old friend, he said he's already been in my city already. I met him about two years ago , then he went to Russian, I don't know what he will talk to me? Maybe exciting experience in Russia or the current Russian-Ukraine battle or somethingelse.

I cannot seem to understand the last part of that sentence, If you could explain it I may be able to help more. :)

The "already" at the end doesn't need to be there since you used it at the beginning. "Been" is past tense, so it shouldn't be used here if you want to say that he is currently in your city.
