Juan
Can you send me your mum's recipe for chocolate cookies? It's Maria's birthday next Saturday afternoon and I would like to bake some, and bring them to her birthday party. I think she'd love them! How about baking the cookies together? You already know that I'm not as good at cooking as you, so your help would be more than welcome. After we finish the cookies, we could do something fun. Do you think we should go to the cinema? I saw that a new movie has just come up. Don't worry about the money, I'll pay for you. Also, if there isn't any buses, I can take you home.
Cheers,
Sergio

Yours is fine, but because this is an invitation this is more natural

More natural: I saw that a new movie just came out.

buses is plural, so "to be" also needs to be plural

Dear Juan,
"Juan," works too
Canould you send me your mum's recipe for chocolate cookies?
Correct either way, but I'm correcting for a more informal style.
It's Maria's birthday next Saturday afternoon and I woul, so I'd like to bake some, and to bring them to her birthday party.
It's her birthday all day, so you wouldn't say any specific time. If you meant her party is Saturday afternoon, you could say "Maria's birthday party is next Saturday afternoon, so I want to bake some (cookies) to bring."
I think she'd love them!
How about baking the cookies together?
You already know that I'm not as good at cooking as you, so your help would be more than welcome.
After we finish the cookies, we could do something fun.
Do you think we should go to the cinema?
I'd say movie theater instead of the cinema but I think that's just because I'm American.
A few other options:
-Do you want to go to the cinema?
-We could go to the cinema!
-Would you like to go to the cinema?
-Want to see a movie?
The last one personally feels most natural to me, but they're all correct.
I saw that a new movie has just coame upout.
Don't worry about the money, I'll pay for you.
To be more informal and friendly, you could replace "I'll pay for you" with "I'll cover you."
Also,nd if there isaren't any buses, I can take you home.
Cheers,
Sergio

Your writing is really excellent! All that needs practice is sounding more natural, but you already have that down fairly well. Great job!
