An idea about speaking English and Chinese
How about we have an online bilingual speaking corner? We can choose a safe topic and chat on WeChat or Microsoft Teams, like a meeting.
Ok, I'm just feeling a bit anxious about my online English speaking class tonight.
In my eyes, since I would like to talk to you in written English, maybe we can also help each other by speaking English and Chinese.
If this idea goes well, all of us can save some money and have a nice chat.
I can do it on Sunday morning, Beijing time.

I think “I like to” (“我喜欢”) is more natural here than “I would like to” (“我想要”). And it happens to match the Chinese version of your text. :-)
I was going to change “in my eyes” to “my idea is that”, but on second thought I think it’s more natural to omit it altogether.

I like your idea and would like to give it a try. Sunday morning Beijing time is Saturday evening my time, which would work well for me. I’ve never used WeChat, but I use Teams a lot. :-)

It is a lovely idea and I would like to join but time difference is the problem 😕. It will be around midnight time for me and I go to church on Sunday mornings except I sleep before 🙂 but it shouldn't take more than one hour, right?

The sentence is understandable, but since you can't "talk in written English", I rephrased it to make the meaning a bit clearer.

Very well written text! If I was learning Chinese, I would love to exchange with you, but I'm not.
However, I do have this kind of meeting regularly to exchange orally with Spanish-speakers. It's worked very well for me! We meet for 1 hour each week and speak 1/2 in Spanish and then 1/2 hour in English. It saves us both a lot of money on language courses. I found them on the website Conversation Exchange (https://www.conversationexchange.com), so perhaps you could try that too.
