I have a teacup, which mainly consists of three parts:
the main one is a glass cup, which is at the lower part of the teacup, with a capacity of about 200ml, and contains my tea.
The second part is a very small glass cup at the top of the teacup, and its opening is facing down, which is used to contain tea leaves, so that the tea leaves won't always be in my tea after the tea is made.
The third part is actually a connecting part, which connects the glass cup and the small glass tea leaves container. Inside the connecting part, there is a 304 stainless net, which blocks the tea leaves from entering my tea. Outside the connecting part, there is a plastic circular ring, which can rotate around the connecting part. At one point of the ring, it is attached to a plastic strap, so that I can either grab the teacup directly or just hold the strap.
When I make tea, I remove the small tea leaves container from the connecting part, put an amount of tea leaves in it, then I screw the container back. Next is to pour boiling water into the big glass cup, and screw the connecting part onto the cup, and then put the whole teacup upside down for a few seconds.
During this time, the boiling water in the cup will flow into the tea leaves container through the stainless net because of gravity, so the tea is made.
Seconds later, turn back the whole teacup and wait for the tea to cool to room temperature, then I can enjoy my tea.

I have a teacup, which mainly consists of three parts: ¶
t

T
he main one is a glass cup, which is at the lower part of the teacup, with a capacity of about 200ml, and contains my tea.

I would probably only use the colon if you’re listing the parts directly afterwards, then expanding on each of them after providing the list (“which mainly consists of three parts: a main/large? glass cup, a smaller glass cup, and a connecting part”)

Outside the connecting partn the exterior, there is a plastic circular ring, which can rotate around the connecting part.

This is completely optional.

At oOne point/part of the ring, it is attached to a plastic strap, so that I can either grab the teacup directly or just hold the strap.

Optional, but I think this is a little clearer

When I make tea, I remove the small tea leaves container from the connecting part, put an amount ofsome tea leaves in it, then I screw the container back on.

Next is to, I pour boiling water into the big glass cup, and screw the connecting part onto the cup, and then put the whole teacup upside down for a few seconds.

“Next is to” sounds like you’re instructing people on how to make tea, but I chose to change it to match your previous sentence where you’re describing how you make tea.

During this time, the boiling water in the cup will flows into the tea leaves container through the stainless net because ofdue to gravity, so the tea is made.

This is optional

Seconds later, turn backI flip the whole teacup again and wait for the tea to cool to room temperature, then I can before enjoying my tea.

I changed the sentence to continue the idea of describing how you specifically make tea.
“Turn back” —> “flip… again” (optional)
The last change is also optional.

Feedback

Good job! The description was a little confusing at times, but honestly I don’t really know how to make it any better and in any case, it’s always harder to describe something purely with words and without any visual aid. One thing you could change to clarify things a little is find another word for “cup”, because it got confusing distinguishing between “cup”, as an individual part, and the overall “teacup”.
