An email: The countryside ( details in notes )

Dear Katharina,

I am glad to receive your email and know you want to get to know more about me. For your question, I would say I am not really into outdoors activities but I also don't mint to try it. From my upbringing, the people around me went to outdoors activities lessly, but usually we went to climbing mountains and fishing. The place makes me feel most enjoyable is sea or lake. I like to see the water even though I cannot swim. I feel clam every time I see the water is waving and rippling.

Best regards,
James

Dear Katharina,

I am glad to receive your email and know you want to get to know more about me.

For your question, I would say I am not really into outdoors activities, but I also don't mint to try itd trying them.

"For your question" is an unnecessary preface.
Remember, you're talking about activities (plural), so you need to use "them" instead of "it."

From my upbringingWhen I was growing up, the people around me wendid not tdo many outdoors activities lessly, but usually we went to, but we did climbing mountains and go fishing.

This sentence was a little hand to understand. I tried to offer the right words to say what I think you meant.
"Lessly" is not a word in English.
Also, people do not usually say they went climbing in the mountains. Usually we say "mountain climbing" or "hiking in the mountains."

The place makes me feelI find most enjoyable is the sea or a lake.

Many things are "enjoyable." For example, a good meal is enjoyable. A nice walk is enjoyable. Best friends are enjoyable. But you cannot feel enjoyable.
Remember to use articles: "the sea," or "a lake."

I like to see the water even though I cannot swim.

I feel clalm every time I see the water is waving and ripplingwaves and ripples on the water.

"Wave" is a noun, not a verb, which is why you cannot use "waving." You can say a person in waving hello or goodbye. Or you can use an adjective, like this: "The water is wavy."
Rippling can be used as a verb, but it is very rare to see it used that way. Usually, we talk about ripples (noun).

Best regards,

James
