Today my close cousin and her cute daughter visited us.
Her daughter is only 1 year old.
Her smile, her little steps, her hugs,,, everything charmed me so much!
My cousin has been wanted a baby boy, but she is two daughters’ mother.
So she always looks forward to seeing and playing with my son!
I’ve really been wanting a baby girl, so we were so happy each other! ;)

"I've" is best if you want to imply that you want another baby (a girl)
You can use "I'd" if you want to express that you were hoping for a girl in the past, like your cousin hoped for a boy.
