All Gone! Damn LC!

I corrected an entry on LangCorrect in detail which took more than 20 - 30 minutes I guess.
I pushed the "Submit" button written in whilte ink in the background of blue box, to upload my corrections and comment.
Then, the screen went back to the first page of this website.
I mean the screen requested me to login first.

I had a very bad feeling, and I was right.
They were all gone.
I felt exhauseted, and I ceased my motivation to correct that entry. I won't correct it never again.

I almost decided to give up using LangCorrect from now on because of these kinds of problems, but on second thought, I decided to write it as my topic today.

I’ll move to another SNS for a while.
By for now!

You didn't push it literally, like when you push the door. 'Clicked' is more appropriate.

SNS stands for Social Networking Service. The typical ones are Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Wordreference forum.com, Lang-8, Nyan-8, LangCorrect, etc. are not regarded as the narrown definition of SNS, but they can be SNS in a wider definition.

I already reported several problems.
One problem was responded, and they explained the mechanim to me. But no improvment was achieved, not yet.
Other problems were not responded, and left untouched.
Actually, I gave up to try to improve this site.
I have to live with it, or I have to go.

I corrected an entry on LangCorrect in detail, which took more than 20 - 30 minutes, I guess.

I pushed the "Submit" button, written in whilte inktext in the backforeground of a blue box, to upload my corrections and comments.

I don't think it's natural to refer to "ink" when talking about online content. Instead, we might say "white font" or "white text".

Then, the screen went back to the firsthome page of thise website.

Or, do you mean:
"Then, the screen took me back to the login page of the website"?

Home Page and Login Page have different meanings.

I mean, the screen that requested me to login firstfirst login.

They wereIt was all gone.

I felt exhauseted, and I ceasit killed my motivation to correct that entry.

Or:
"I felt exhausted, and my motivation to correct that entry ceased".

I had to look up what SNS was (Social Networking Site).

I'm not sure 100% what to suggest as a more natural English expression, because I don't think most Western people would consider LC as a social media website.

So you could maybe say:
"I'll start using another site for language learning for a while"

Bye for now!

やばい

I did laugh at: 【くそっ、LangCorrectめ!】 as thought this sort of language was only in anime :D

This problem of losing data in online forms can happen on almost any website. I never trust any website that "posts" data back to a server. I keep a local copy in my 'notes' app before hitting submit as, like you, I have lost a lot of work over the years.

Thank you for your corrections and comment.
SNS stands for Social Networking Services.
When I uplord a very lengthy entry of mine, I can copy and paste it to a Word file or something.
However, I don't think it practical to copy and paste each correction and its comment to a backup file.
There are too many corrections and comments.
Are you keeping a local comy in your "notes" app for your corrections as well?

そだね。。

No, for corrections, because it doesn't take too long (5 or so minutes per post), it's an "acceptable loss" if the data gets lost. However, when I am writing something, since it takes me much longer (15+ minutes), I typically have a copy/backup elsewhere (e.g. Google Translate, Notes app) that I make right before hitting "submit".

This issue of lost data when submitting an online form happens frequently at my work. I usually keep a copy on my clipboard (CTRL + C) of any long pieces of text before saving/submitting anything :D
