I think this is what you mean here ~
"Working outside the home" is a way to say they have a job besides being a mother/making a home.
Men are highly adviceencouraged to stay away from the kitchen here as with. In Morocco, as in all African counties, it is very unmanly to do house task , but. However, since the morocco is starting develop, we start to haare beginning to achieve some sort of gender equality that weand starting to see womaen going to work and maen starting cook but what a hard task here you will not. However, here it is difficult find cookbooks nor aand recipe , the mothed thes. Instead, recipes are taught by mouth from the mother to her daughter .o. One thing I notice that all the best Moroccan cookers I know are big black women I think that due to what is been call in the past “dadas” which awere called “dadas”. These were Ffemale slaves brought from different African countryies and taught and train to serve in the kitchen which they past. They passed it down to their daughters after they master ited the cuisine and put their touch and their creativity .tin it. Those woman were a big part of what is now called Moroccan cuisine w. Just so you know, the term "big black woman" may be seen as offensive, at least in American English. If you describe someone like this, they may feel like you are stereotyping them. I think it is best to at least delete "big", as it is taboo to refer to a woman's size/weight in Western culture.

Feedback
This is really cool, thank you for teaching me about the history of dadas and Moroccan cuisine ^^. As a general rule, I would recommend not to make the sentences too long. This way, they will not be too confusing and easier to read. Overall, very great :)
