Journal About my Day

We have talked to our friends to help them move to their new apartment today Saturday. My husband and I woke up early, had breakfast and left the house this morning, ready to help them out. When we arrived, we started taking the big boxes first and placing them into the truck. The hardest past was to organized them in the truck, it was so hot in there. If I had known it was going to be that hot, I would have wear shorts and sleeveless shirt. However, we did everything pretty fast, but we got delayed, because of the fact the truck was not big enough. So we drove the same route twice, back and forth.
In spite of the delays, we really end fast, and we had a good time. Even though everyone was sweating in largely amount.
After helping with the moving, We bought pizza because we were starving. All that time we did not eat anything, just drank water for 5 hours.

The hardest past were to organized them in the truck, it was so hot.

The hardest pasrt wereas to organized them in the truck, i. It was so hot. The hardest part was to organize them in the truck. It was so hot.

These read better to me as two sentences.

However, we did everything pretty fast, buteven though we got delayed, because of the fact the truck was not big enough. However, we did everything pretty fast, even though we got delayed because of the fact the truck was not big enough.

However indicates an opposition in what you said before (about it being hot) But then you oppose that with "but" So it sounds like you're saying it was fine that it was hot because you did everything quickly BUT actually, you didn't do everything fast I'm not sure if that makes sense but there's too many oppositions in a row that it sounds a bit funny

However, we did everything pretty fast, but we got delayed, because of the fact the truckWe loaded the truck up pretty fast, but it was non't big enough. We loaded the truck up pretty fast, but it wasn't big enough.

Your version seems to contradict itself, based on the next sentence I guessed at your meaning.
