I am on my way to Anhui Province agricultural products trading meeting. The meeting is held once every year in the capital city Hefei. During the meeting, famous and quality agricultural products from sixteen prefecture level cities were gathered, and some agricultural relative departments or companies of the whole province would visit the meeting for showing, learning and sharing. For this meeting, we organized two classes with about 100 people who focused on fruits and vegetables attending the meeting. It will take three hours to get from our city to Hefei. I wish for a peaceful journey for us.

Since the classes are what “focused on” fruits and vegetables, I changed who -> that.
It will take three hours to get from our city to Hefei.
I wish for a peaceful journey for us.
The way you wrote this is correct but sounds unnatural to me. I might recommend “I wish for a peaceful journey” or “I am hoping we have a peaceful journey”
