Some favored traditional groups feel attacked for laws that give to others entitles above their in cases like: Study, job, subsidies. They think it is not their fault to have their specific characteristics, and also they need opportunities, same as others.
A lot of companies use politics of sexism or racism for marketing. It does not for empathy. It is just business and in the end, these strategies divide the society.
They think the solution to racism, or sexism is not to put pressure or hate on other groups. They think we should find solutions to have equals opportunities.
