Afternoon Nap
Recently, I found a good way to take an afternoon nap, that is sleeping in your car. Where I live, it is already winter now, sleeping at my home is not warm. One day after I got off work and had my lunch, I decided to take a nap in my car. There is a wide north-south direction avenue under my office building and there are a lot of free parking spaces in the slow-lane of the avenue. I parked my car there with the head of my car to the south. The sun shined warmly on my car and inside my car it was pretty warmer. I opened the front window to let air in and slept in the backseat. It's pretty warmer to sleep there. I have been taking afternoon naps in my car for about one week and it's really comfortable. I usually wake up near 2 pm and then learn English for about thirty minutes, then I walk to my office. I strongly recommend you guys take a try. Please remember, you must open the front window glasses before you sleep.
