SUGGESTION TO TRANSPORT COMPANY
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to your bus service in my area.
Every weekday, I take your buses from Harris Street to Central Bank for work. But recently, the arrival times of your buses are so unstable that I have no choice but to call taxis if I don’t want to be late. And every time I take your buses, they’re overcrowded, which is another annoyance.
For years, your company has been providing safe, affordable and reliable public transport service to locals, for which we are grateful. Since last year, there has been a sharp increase in local population. If you cannot provide a better service to meet the growing need for transport capacity, I am afraid that many of us would have to resort to taxis or private vehicles.
As your loyal customer, I would like to suggest that your drivers receive further training and your dispatchers enforce a stricter schedule, both of which may stabilize the arrival times of your buses. And you may consider cutting the departing intervals at peak times to make your buses less crammed.
I hope you will address these concerns as soon as possible.
