Adults doing exercise

"According to most doctors, adults need thirty minutes of physical activity at least five days a week to be healthy. However, most adults do not get this recommended amount of exercise. What can be done to help people get the exercise they need? Give examples to support your answer"

Exercise is one of the most important things in the people's life. Not only help to maintain physically healthy, but also help to be mentally relaxed. This physical activity can give them a lot of benefits, that I strongly support it. Some ways can help adults to get exercise understanding the benefits of doing exercise and writing down on a whiteboard to help remembering it.

My principal reason is that the physical activity helps to body to be with a huge energy, after that people had finished doing the exercises. This behaviour, people need to understand this benefit in their bodies during the time-work. It considerably count on a great advantage to them. I remember when I started doing some exercises at gym. The first week, it always is the worst; but after that, I could feel how my body gained this extra energy that I needed it, and it was really helpful in my diary activities.

Secondly, people may write down a small exercise schedule per week, for example, on a whiteboard or in a calender. It can help them to remember doing the exercises that they need it. Maybe, this habit could be easily forgotten, but if people see the schedule and remember doing it every day, I will surely they can achieve their goals that it is doing enough amount of exercise. A good example of this idea is my cousin. She has her own schedule on the whiteboard, and she can easily remember any activity or event that she has to do.

In conclusion, adults should be aware of exercise they need and look for some ways that can help them to remember it.
