This week I've got a few work training sessions (basically it's 9 to 5),. hopefully everything goes well and that II'll still have enough energy to study Japanese at night, since I haven't been doing much Japanese lately.

But lLately I feel like it's starting to hinder my language studyies.

I'd use the plural here. I don't think I've ever seen or heard "language study" (might be a regional thing though)

I also couldn't even sit through even one episode of an Italian podcast.

I feel like placing "even" as I have above gives more emphasis. Including "also" and "even" makes the sentence sound weaker to me.

I feel like the fact that I was still feeling a bit unwell was also making meit hard for me to focus on the task onat hand.

My attention span has always been short, so it's hard for me to concentrate on one task.

I only did likeabout 10 minutes of Gaelic yesterday before I jumped back to Italian.

"Like" in that usage is only appropriate in speech or very casual writing.

I also couldn't sit through even one episode of an Italian podcast.

It's just a bit frustrating now, and I'm losing directions.
