About the Community
I've been using this website for a while and I'm loving the feedback that everyone gives me, but I noticed that the Portuguese writing community is basically dead. I haven't seen any entries in Portuguese for me to correct them, and the last message was sent almost three weeks ago. The only entries I can correct are the old ones which are previously there. Not bad enough, most texts were sent by one account, which means that every time I correct it, its correction indicator goes up.
This looks very unbalanced since we all need a good correction rate. All the feedback goes to one single person who will have to make way more corrections to its native language to be able to write more texts. I wish more people had knew about this website so this problem could be fixed. The website creators should've invest more on ads or something that could bring more users around. I feel a bit guilty when I have to correct texts from the same person so many times, especially the ones that were previously corrected by other person. Lang Correct has everything we need to improve our language learning, it only needs to be more well-known.

The "entries in Portuguese" kind of act as the "them" in the sentence, so you don't need to say "them" again.
The only entries I can correct are the old ones which are previously there.
This is good it's just that the "which are previously there" part sounds a little stiff or unnatural, although I'm not really sure how you would be able to fix it.

Since you say "person" here, it would sound better to say "their" instead of "its", as "its" kind of makes it sound as if the person is an object. It was ok when you said "its" around 2 sentences ago because you were referring more so to an account, which is more of an object, than the person behind it.

If you wanted to use "have", then you would say "have known" instead of "had knew", but you wouldn't use this in this particular situation (although I'm not really sure how to explain why). I think my best explanation would be that "had known" would be more for if this problem didn't still exist - for example if the website was to stop existing or something and you were reflecting on this problem, which would become a problem of the past associated with this website, then you might say "I wish more people had known about this website so this problem could've been fixed". With "could've" it would probably be because you're talking about the past and also speculating.

"Other" implies that you're talking about multiple of something, so you would use the plural of "person" (people).
Alternatively you could also say "by another person". I feel like there probably is a slight nuance/difference in their meanings, but I'm not really sure how to explain it. Personally, I would prefer saying "other people" over "another person"

It is also kind of sad that there aren't that many people using the website for Portuguese, and I feel like that's kind of the unfortunate truth with a lot of language learning resources. There tends to be more put into the more popular languages, while other languages (which aren't even always that unpopular) just lag behind. I also agree that LangCorrect is really useful. For example I think I started using it when I was trying to find resources for learning to speak Cantonese which is what my family speaks but has really limited resources and ended up finding this and using it to improve my French (which I'm learning at school) instead. When I first started using it I may have gotten a little too addicted to correcting people because I would spend so much time here that it kind of started interfering with my sleep and school (but I did ease down on this after a while and took a long break) and was also refreshing constantly to find more entries, but my point is that it also helped me to learn more about English by trying to correct other people.
This is a little unrelated but I might consider using this website to practice other languages in the future because I've definitely developed a massive interest in learning languages. I randomly tried Portuguese in Duolingo a while ago (and since then Spanish, Latin, German, Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese - I don't know why I did that) and I did find it quite enjoyable. I think I stopped because I was starting to mix up French and Portuguese, and didn't want to mess up my grades, but later on I might start trying to learn some of those languages again.

Thanks for the feedback! I know that explaining the weirdness found in a non-native text is a tough task but I appreciate your efforts to make it clear for me. Indeed, trying Duolingo in some random languages is very fun. I've tried Indonesian for a few weeks and this makes me want to learn more about the language and the country itself. It would be awesome if you learned another language like Portuguese in the future. Good luck in your studies!
