B: Do you know the way?
A: If you go straight that road, you'll hit a road, so take a left and walk a bit and you'll see the signboard and the store.
B: Okay!

1. DVDs are a countable noun so it should be plural to match games and books.
2. "Previously owned" sounds quite formal. It would make sense on a sign, but in this kind of conversation we'd say "used games, DVDs, and books" instead.
A: Oh, "Huruhon Ichiba"!
B: Do you know the wayhow to get there?
A: If you go straight [on/along] that road, you'll hit another road, sothen take a left and walk a bit and you'll see the signboard and the store.
Signboard is very unusual.
B: Okay!
