Hi Mark,
Thank you for your email! I haven't seen you since Christmas 2023.
When we was young I used to play videogames, do you remember how happy we were?
I think that it's normal your situation because you don't know Italian, you didn't use to the traffic jams and you find this lenguage very difficult. My advices are: you can take some Italian lessons and I think it's just time, you have to wait and you will be used to all.
I'm looking forward to hearing you!
best wishes,
Edoardo
Context:
A dear English friend of yours, Mark, has just moved to Italy for work. He wrote to you saying he's a bit stressed: he's not used to traffic, Italian timetables, and is struggling to learn the language.
What you should write:
Write a reply email (about 80-120 words) in which:
You say you haven't seen him in a long time (use the present perfect with for or since).
You tell him how your life has changed since you were little (use used to).
You give him advice on how to adapt (use should or might).
You reassure him that he'll get used to it soon (use get used to).
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your email!
I haven't seen you since Christmas of 2023. I haven't seen you since Christmas of 2023.
'Christmas 2023' is a perfectly natural way to say this. However, 'Christmas of 2023' is more formal.
When we wasere young Iwe used to play video games, d. Do you remember how happy we were?

I am not 100% sure what you're trying to say here.
My advices are is: you can take some Italian lessons and then I think it's just time, y. You have to wait and then you will be used to allit.
My advice is: you can take some Italian lessons and then I think it's just time. You have to wait and then you will be used to it.
I would probably say "You just have to wait, and then you will get used to it.", but either is grammatical.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you! I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
best wishes,
Edoardo

Overall, pretty good! A few minor changes to make things sound more natural. However, well constructed and understandable.

Edoardo, This is a very nice and kindhearted letter that anyone would be very happy to receive. Your writing shows your compassion. Please keep writing for us. I look forward to reading more.
Oops -- I just read that you should use "get used to" (become accustomed to). You can say things like "You will soon get used to the new language and customs."
For modals "should" and "might" examples: "You should be patient with yourself." "You might consider taking some classes in Italian."
"Should" can be a bit harsh. "You might try ..." or "You might consider" is more polite.

I’m assuming that you meant you played video games together since you’re talking about both of you being happy

I think that your situation is normal because you don't know Italian, you aren't use to the traffic jams and you find this language very difficult.
I think using a comma before the final „and“ in a list like this (here it would be after „jams“) makes it more clear, but it’s not incorrect to not use it
My advices are: you can is this: if you take some Italian lessons and I think it's just time, you have to wait andjust give it some time, you will besoon get used to it all.
My advice is this: if you take some Italian lessons and just give it some time, you will soon get used to it all.
I rephrased some of this so it would sound more natural. Let me know if you’re confused about any part I changed and I can explain it
I'm looking forward to hearing from you! I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Is the "I" here supposed to be "we" as well? This sentence feels strange. Did he like watching you play video games?
