Today, I went for a short ride on my bike. Although I hadn't fully recovered from my recent flu yet, the weather outside was so enticing that I couldn't resist. Imagine all the trees blooming, birds singing and the sun shining. Oh, and, of course, very pleasant temperature (24°C/75.2°F)! That's exactly how it was today here in Moscow. As I was riding my bike, I felt geniunly happy. I couldn't help but smile to all the passers-by, wishing to share my emotion with them. I hope that the weather at your plice also makes you smile, at least sometimes.
Unlike I would usually do, I didn't take any photos of all the nature I've seen today. There are plenty of photos on my phone already, like literally thousands. After my recent vacation, I decided to start catching more images with my eyes instead of my camera, so that later I can revoke them from my own memory instead of that of my phone. It's a way to use my phone less and live more.

Unusually, I didn't take any photos of all the nature I saw today.
You could also use "Unlike I usually would" at the beginning but I prefer the simpler "Unusually"

Using "like" here is very common in spoken English, but it is extremely casual. You wouldn't often want to use it in writing but it can work if that was your intention.
