If I had to choose, I would say that my favorite time of the day is the morning.
I struggle a bit to get out of bed, because right now I don't have a consistent routine but the things I tried to achieve before 10am are; get change, have breakfast and some movement, like walking, or going to the gym or just doing some exercise at home.
I am trying to have some rituals in the morning also to practice English, listening to the news in the morning while cooking breakfast. I want to record myself talking to improve in my pronunciation but I find that a bit to difficult to do because once I start recording my mind goes blank, even though, I will keep trying until I find a way to get better making some sounds in English.
Because of that the morning is my favorite time of day.
My favorite time of the day My favorite time of the day
The is optional here. I am more likely to say "time of day"

This sentence was starting to feel unnaturally long so I broke it up. You could have done that in many ways. Another example would be:
"consistent routine.... That said I do try to make sure I have got dressed, had breakfast and done some exercise before 10am".
NB you can refer to movement instead of exercise, but that implies the exercise is very gentle and the focus is on moving at all, rather than on getting your heart-rate up etc.

"ritual" is most commonly associated with religion, magic, or generally activities that have an intended symbolic meaning. Eg "a magic ritual", "a ritual sacrifice" or alternatively "it is just empty ritual now". It comes from the word "rite".
"Routine" is better in this context.
I want to record myself talking to improve in my pronunciation but I find that a bit to difficult to do because once I start recording my mind goes blank, even though, . I will keep trying until Ithough. I need to find a way to get better at making some sounds in English.

Good effort! My main suggestion is to work on understanding when you need to use a new sentence.
PS I love mornings as well.

My Favorite Time of the Day
For the title of an essay or a post, we usually capitalize all of the important words in the title. This doesn't include less important words like "of" and "the," which can be left lowercase. Just a minor nitpick, since it is ignored a lot in informal writing, but worth knowing!

Run-on sentence. Best way to solve a run-on sentence is to break it up into 2 or more sentences.
For the list of things you were trying to do: you have a list of items connected by "and," then immediately pivot into a list of items connected by "or," which is a little bit confusing. Note that the way we connect 3 or more items is the same when using "or" as when using "and." I separated the second list of items into a separate sentence to make it a little more clear.
A second issue which was solved by pulling the second list of items into a separate sentence is that the first list of items were specific things you did today, while the second list are things you like to do in general as exercise. "Movement" as a general term isn't a synonym of "exercise," and to make the sentence a little more natural I made the last one plural ("exercises"). From Google, ""Exercise" is an uncountable noun referring to physical activity in general, while "exercises" is a countable noun used for specific tasks or routines aimed at practicing or improving your physical ability." Normally the singular form of exercise would be fine in the second part of the sentence, but since we used it in the first part of the sentence, this helps it flow a bit more naturally because using the same word to describe itself in the same sentence would be a bit weird.
I am also trying to havestart some rituals in the morning alsohabits to practice English, such as listening to the news in the morning while cooking breakfast.

You don't need to say "in the morning" twice, it sounds more natural to only say it once.

Run-on sentence. We use the same solution as before: break it into 2 sentences.
One tip that might help with speaking practice would be to try reading from a script you've written ahead of time, at least to start with. Or, to focus on reading a short story or a short article you've found, like the transcript of a news story. This can allow you to focus on pronunciation without having to focus on word choice in the moment. Good luck with your practice! :)
