I watched a video on Youtube this afternoon. This video is talking about how a cold shower affects your behavior. The Youtuber tried to do it over a month, and he found himself more concentrated when he need to be. He said the explanation of this phenomenon is that cold water makes human being raise awareness. Because your body are getting used to this high-pressure situation, so it also helps you to focus on things after doing it. I'll try to verify if it works, starting from today.
My method is to take a cold shower everyday before I start studying, and let's see what change after a month.
