I was tired from working yesterday. As soon as I got home, I fell asleep despite 7 pm. After that, I woke up at 1 am. This is a bad situation. If I sit up until morning, I'd be sleepy in the office.
After I took a shower, I drank tea and relaxed but couldn't get to sleep. I try to read a book to get myself sleep but it didn't work. In the meantime, I got sleepy at last but it was 5 am. This is the worst situation.
I have to wake up at 6:30. If I slept then, it'd be hard to wake up at 6:30. But I chose to sleep then and slept. As I expected, I felt grouchy when I woke up. I drank a very strong coffee. When I got in the office, I also made a very strong coffee. Like this I drank 5 cups of strong coffee in the office.
Tonight I can't get to sleep. This is a vicious circle.😭

Circle is fine!
A Vicious Cirycle
"Circle" mostly refers to a physical shape or a group of people. "Cycle" refers to a series of events that keep repeating.

In the meantimAfter a while, I got sleepy at last but it was 5 am.
"In the meantime" implies that something is happening at the same time. "After a while" shows that the event happened after the first event (in this case, you finally got sleepy after reading a book).
"At last" also isn't necessary because you already have the beginning phrase ("after a while") in the beginning.
This is the worst situation.
I have to wake up at 6:30.
If I slept then, it'd be hard to wake up at 6:30.
But I chose to sleep then and fell asleept.
This sentence sounds a bit repetitive, but if you still want to write this then the correction makes it sounds better.
As I expected, I felt grouchy when I woke up.
I drank a very strong cup of coffee.
When I got into the office, I also made a very strong coffee.
Repeating "a very" sounds a bit strange.
Like this I drank 5 cups of strong coffee in the office.
"Like this" doesn't sound right in the beginning of the sentence. I feel like this sentence works well without a transition.
Tonight I can't geto to sleep.
