A trip through the air.
今日は僕のアパートメントの駐車場で氷に倒れた。雪が降っていたので、嵐が進展したの前に ゴミを出したかった。歩き始めて背中に倒れちゃった。氷は雪の下隠していた。
僕は継げた、しかし本来に店に行きたかった…
まー、世界で一番大切じゃなかった。痛かったら話が違った W
Today, I fell on the ice in the parking lot at my apartment. It was snowing out, so I decided to take the garbage out before the weather got bad. I ended up slipping and falling on my back @_@; The ice was all hidden under the snow.
I did succeed, but I originally wanted to go the store...
Well, it wasn't too important. If I were in pain, it would be a different story LOL

If you want to say "fall on the ice", I recommend you to add "滑って".
雪が降っていたので、嵐が進展したの吹雪（or雪、or天気）がひどくなる前に ゴミを出したかった。
歩き始めて背中にたら、背中から倒れちゃった。
氷は雪の下隠し雪で氷が隠れていた。¶

まー、世界で一番大切じゃなかった大切な用事じゃなかったから、いいか。
